St Nicholas Hospice Care, Bury St Edmunds, is developing a first-class interdisciplinary Hospice at Home Team who will offer excellent care and choice for people with complex, palliative care needs in West Suffolk and Thetford.
Retail Manager From £25,800 - £30,000
Multi-site experience to manage nine shops and a central distribution centre. Background in high street retailingnecessary, along with expert knowledge of health and safety procedures and legal obligations.
A supremely organised individual, your attention to detail and understanding of operational systems and processes will be second to none. You will combine this with vision and flair.You posses the exceptional people management skills to lead and motivate a loyal team of paid and unpaid staff and to be able to increase business whilst promoting the excellent reputation and brand of St Nicholas Hospice Care.
You will have IT and stock management systems knowledge and ideally have experience of working with a charity. There will be a need to work occasional unsocial hours.
